About Us, Our Team Our owner/manager, Lynn Cardwell, has over 30 years experience as a professional engineer. As Chief Engineer and Director of Design for a major engineering/design firm, he has had direct responsibility for preparation of numerous proposals, plans, specifications, reports, and design qualifications. Since 1993, he has employed his extensive technical experience in establishing a premier reprographics service catering to the special needs of the technical and construction firms centered on Oak Ridge.   Shannan Greenhouse, our lead graphic designer, comes to us from Pellisippi State, where he studied Computer Information Technologies. He has extensive experience in graphic design, digital printing, bindery operations and more. He loves sharing his knowledge and passion for great design.   Jeff Mason, has over 20 years experience working for printers all over the Southeast, and brings a wealth of experience to American Reprographics. Frank "Trey" Bandy III is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science in Digital Media. As a graphic designer and web development specialist, he has expanded the capabilities of American Reprographics and enjoys sharing his skills and interest in design with the team and our clients.   Giving Back to the Community We live here and want to see Oak Ridge grow in many ways, so we feel it is important to devote time to community groups such as: Rotary Clubs of Oak Ridge, Clinch Valley Literacy Council, and the United Way of Anderson County.   It's easy Being Green American believes being green is good for business as well as good for the earth. We recycle all waste paper, use soy-based inks when we can and regularly use recycled paper in our daily work.
